What is recrutiment?
Recruitment week consist of of getting to know the active members of Phi Lamb and what Phi Lamb is. Recuitment is not mandatory, but the different events to allow you to interact, gain knowlegde and see what Phi Lamb is all about before you join. After Recuitment, it is your choice on whether you want to become a new member of phi Lamb.
New Membership
It is required to be a new member for one semester. During this semester, new members will attend new member meetings and new member retreat along with all other events and meetings that actives attend. Before the semester ends, you will be initatied as a new ACTIVE member of Sigma Phi Lambda!

Wednesday 1/27: Ice Cream & Sisters (ice cream, meet the sisters, & karaoke) @7:00pm at first baptist church basement
Thursday 1/28: Charade it out (charades) @ 7:00pm first baptist church basement
Friday 1/29: Stranded at the drive in (Trivia night & grease the movie watch party) @ 6:30pm first baptist church basement
Monday 1/30: Phi Lamb is the word (Open Chapter meeting) @7:00pm in Science building room 139
